Deliveries

All order will be sent by Business Post next day or Standard service. Standard Service option available on orders under 1kg in weight. Delivery time on this service can not be guaranteed but normally takes 2-3 working days. All services require a signature.

Delivery charges are worked out according to weight and post code. You will need to have a my glow account to get postage costs as the systems need your post code.

Customers will be sent an e-mail once goods have been dispatched. There will be a link to the relevant company's website in your myglow area of this site, where you can view the status of delivery.

When purchasing goods from our website, shipping prices are automatically calculated and you can review them before confirming your order. Orders taken by telephone will incur the same charges.

If customers are not at the given delivery address at the time the driver gets there, you will need to pick up the parcel from your local depot. If you need the parcel re-delivered, please contact us on the email address below and we can arrange with the courier to deliver on the next working day. There will be an extra charge of £6.00 inc Vat. (This is the courier's re-delivery charge.)
